Our waterproofing process begins by carefully breaking out the concrete along the interior perimeter of your basement.
From there, we dig a trench and thoroughly clean off the foundation footer to ensure a stable surface. We line the trench with geo fabric and a layer of clean pea gravel before placing in a perforated drainage pipe to direct water toward the sump pit.
Additional layers of rock, waffle board, and a vapor barrier are installed to manage moisture and protect your home’s air quality.
Once the system is in place, we pour fresh concrete to restore your floor and leave the space clean and smooth. We then complete the process with sump pump installation, providing reliable water removal even in the heaviest storms.
